DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN SHIPPING DUE TO UPS DELIVERY TIMES NOT BEING GUARANTEED AND AVAILABILITY OF STOCK.
Canadian items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges.
All products ship from Texas. Shipping is based on weight of product and length of destination per live UPS calculations. We have the lowest UPS rates available. We do not mark up shipping rates. There are some VOC Restrictions to some sizes of product, so please check to see if your size item can be shipped to you. Some items may drop ship directly from the manufacturer and require additional lead time.
Shipping is calculated in the cart before you place your order. Any orders refused or undeliverable that are sent back by UPS will incur charges by UPS and will be payable by the customer. Incorrect address's entered by customer resulting in address correction charges by UPS will be billed to customer.
If you wish to order a 5 gallon drum of product that is VOC hazardous please do not order in the cart. Please fill in the necessary fields below. Shipping will not calculate in the cart on VOC restricted 5 gallon drums. They must go by freight. Freight will be calculated from your information entered below and a Square invoice will be sent for the full order or just for the freight if you have already ordered and paid.
Bulk orders are considered full cases of product and may require shipping on a pallet if multiple cases are purchased. If you need to order multiple cases (generally more than 3) , please fill out the information below including the items you would like to purchase and a Square invoice will be sent for your order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our return/refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 5 Gallon Drum orders and full case orders are not refundable as they are special order. Application tools such as pump sprayers, brushes and applicator pads are also non returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email this and a request to return to email@example.com. Return authorization approval is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be for undamaged unused product only and does not include the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship product back to DupontStoneTech.com. If you are approved, then your refund for the product returned will be processed, and a check will be mailed within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
