Returns & Refunds
Our return/refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 5 Gallon Drum orders and full case orders are not refundable as they are special order. Application tools such as pump sprayers, brushes, electric polisher, towels and applicator pads are also non returnable. Items received damaged will be replaced or refunded only if photo documentation is received to show damage upon receipt. Please take photos of the box it arrived in and the contents. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original container it was packaged in.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email this and a request to return to firstname.lastname@example.org. Return authorization approval is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be for undamaged unused product only and does not include the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship product back to DupontStoneTech.com. If you are approved, then your refund for the product returned will be processed, and a check will be mailed within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive an item that is damaged you are required to provide a photo of the item and the box it arrived in for replacement. Please send to firstname.lastname@example.org for review.
